Stainless Steel Valves
For many years Schoolhill have manufactured stainless steel valves for oilfield control systems, both topside and subsea. This product range was born out of a customer need for specialist valves, mainly for use in ESD systems, designed particularily to meet harsh oilfield conditions. These valves have a high degree of reliability and are suitable for use with BOP
fluids and water glycol solutions.

Valves are available for pipe or subplate mounting. They are manufactured from 316 st. stl as standard but many other materials are available on request in sizes up to 13/4" and flow rates to 80 GPM(Imp).
In addition to current products Schoolhill are pleased to design valves to order for your specific applications. One of the major features of our pilot operated valves is that almost any pilot ratio can be supplied to suit your specific circuit conditions. All valves are identified by unique serial numbering and can be supplied with Materials Traceability and Pressure Test Certificates.
